After 16 years at Google leading strategy, operations and go-to-market execution, I saw the same pattern repeat across industries.
Over that tenure I built commercial functions from scratch and helped drive more than $1.5B in business value. Yet time and again, companies invested heavily in technology and AI experiments without turning those tools into systems that actually ran the work.
Real AI transformation is not an IT project or a collection of isolated software subscriptions. It is an operational discipline: embedding intelligence directly into how your business operates, decides and scales.
I founded Unbound in Dubai to bring that commercial rigour to enterprises across the GCC. We do not hand you high-level slide decks or off-the-shelf software and walk away.
